Pelitrino is a reasonably strong kickboxer with a heavy punch game. Despite this, his defense is immense as he possesses excellent mid-range and close-range fighting control, even against skilled opponents. However, he is best as a grappler, and has extremely strong takedowns. His uppercuts are also excellent as they quickly unbalance his opponent. His signature attack is called Thunder Kick, which is fired by flicking his leg as a projectile. The kinetic energy of the Thunder Kick is so high that it can easily decapitate a target or even punch through solid concrete. The animation of this kick is also itself a technique named Thunder Kick, where the signature move of a certain character on a fighting game is named a technique in real life. The last visible Thunder Kick technique in the series is Rikidozan's. Note: It's called a Uppercut because the kick itself resembles throwing a punch, and the name is related to the fact that in wrestling a kick to the uppercut position is very difficult to pull off, whereas a stronger leg (in this case, the same leg as the kick) or a jumping leg can be used.
